100 ways to lose weight

You’re probably wondering how many different ways I’m going to list here that involve weight loss, you’re probably thinking, how ridiculous is this post going to be, and you might even be thinking, why did I click on this link?

Well, I’m not claiming to know 100 ways of losing weight, I am however claiming that Chobani’s Simply 100 Crunch IS the perfect way of keeping the weight off. Yep, that’s right, it’s actually a product that I eat ALL the time, and I’ll tell you why.

Some of you may know that I get terrible migraines, well there are certain foods that are said to trigger migraines, when I started looking up these foods, the first ones listed were artificial sweeteners. Ugh, what a nightmare, there are artificial sweeteners in so many foods, especially the “low-fat”, “no-sugar” added kinds. So as you can see this was turning into a problem, trying to find healthy foods that I could eat that either contained sugar or stevia.

You can imagine my surprise when I was food shopping at Target and came across these Simply 100 Crunch yogurt. My first thought was, ugh it’s probably got splenda in it, but I decided to pick it up anyways. I was SO happy that I found the word stevia, I got really excited in the middle of Target, and started loading my cart up.

The Blueberry Cookie Crumble and the Strawberry Chocolate Truffle are my two favorites. I can feel good about what I’m eating and I love that it contains nothing artificial. This girls life just got a whole lot easier.
