Where did the concept Christmas in July come from? I seriously have no idea but there are tons of sales this time of the month and it’s all related to Christmas! Not that I’m complaining, this girl LOVES Christmas!

Anyways, with Christmas in July happening it’s got me thinking about actual Christmas and something I love to do, which is send out family holiday cards. You know, the ones where you make everyone dress the same and pose about 100 times–yep those ones! However, this year I have an awesome idea to take our picture in Disney World when we go in November! (more about that later) I mean the park is going to be already decorated, its the perfect backdrop!

So what company do you use to create family holiday cards?

Have you heard of Paperless Post? No? Okay keep following along then

Paperless Post is a collection of online cards, flyers, and invitations that you can send to anyone you want electronically! Paperless Post has partnered with several world-famous designers and lifestyle brands, including Kate Spade New York, Oscar de la Renta, Jonathan Adler, and Rifle Paper Co., and has delivered over 85 million cards to date.

Now more than ever do I want to use Kate Spade designs for all of my cards and invitations (insert sad face).  Some people might say that sending cards and invitations electronically is cold and not personal, however, how many times have we misplaced actual pieces of mail? I rest my case.

Welp, I hope you will join me in creating some one of a kind birthday invitations, holiday cards, and wedding announcements! And yes I’ll talk more about my Disney vacation very soon!

Cheers!

xoxo Lindsay

I love actual cards only to save as far as family photos go but you’re right after the season is over they get trashed

Hmm well it’s true that everything is gone digital now.. but actual cards are more fun and hand written and fun to make (for some people).. but then again, it’s true that they get trashed which is kind of sad
