A couple of weeks ago I received an email from Stephanie over at Wife Mommy Me, about joining in on Coffee for Two. I was SUPER excited to 1. be asked and 2. link up with everyone involved! I actually have quite a lot to talk about which will make for a great read, I think. So sit back, relax, and catch up with ME!
If you and I were to have coffee this is what I would say…
I spent Memorial Day on Block Island –just getting back from an amazing trip to Block Island with my boyfriend and another couple has put me behind on quite a few things around here. School work is piling up and so isn’t attending to this blog! We spent one night and two days on the island. Chris had never been so it was great to show him around on mopeds!
Chris and I went ring shopping last month –this has now become the most talked about thing at work, every time I come back from a weekend in NJ, everyone wants to know if I am engaged! Soon people, soon (I hope!).
School is kicking my ass —I have probably mentioned how I am drowning in school work right now. I’m taking two classes and it is so much work I feel like I’m losing my mind most days.
I started a new part-time job —In addition to my day job, I started working with an autistic boy after school a few days a week. For the most part it’s pretty easy but it sure is cutting into my school work schedule.
Starting to gain weight —So while I have been drowning, I also have been neglecting my workouts. I am really upset and disgusted with myself lately. Today however I did Zumba which made me feel better. I did lesson my load and put my internship on hold for a few months so I can finally breathe.
Chris and I are doing awesome –I am so freakin’ happy all the time, its ridiculous. I love him to death and I am so thankful that I have him in my life. Distance is not stopping us and I swear to God we are stronger than ever before.
Thanks for taking the time to read/listen to whats been going on in my life. I am looking forward to connecting with others who are participating in Coffee for Two. Have a great day!
