Writers block is in full force right now, anyone else experiencing this? Well to say it’s been slow around here would be an understatement. I’ve been trying to keep up with the blog, among all the other crap that I have going on.

So, tonight I thought it might be fun to do a mid-monthly round-up of some of the peachy things going on around here, and some of the not-so peachy things(the pits).

As most of you know, work started back up, as well as school, to say that school is kicking my ass would be an understatement. Things have been quite busy but there has actually been a lot of fun stuff happening too.

So without further ado, here are my peaches…

happy-kim

-Getting praise from my principal

-Working in a kick-ass classroom this year

-Going apple picking with my love in NJ

-Taking a {free} tour of the Gossip Girl sites in NYC later on this month

-Not needing to have an endoscopy done on my ulcer

-Spending time with my boyfriends family

-Getting invited to another event at the Newport Marriott

Ahhh the pits…

anigif_enhanced-buzz-6827-1372272355-20

-Sucking at math

-Spending almost $60/week in math tutors (yes I have more than 1)

-Sitting so much at my desk, I sent my back into a spasm (doing the math)

-Over drafting my bank account (again)

-Having to borrow money to cover the over draft

-Not having a paycheck in almost 3 weeks, which explains the over draft (yay being a teacher)

-Gaining weight because school work is consuming my life=no time for the gym

-Feeling shitty about gaining the weight

Yikes!! I didn’t realize how bad things were getting around here until I started typing. Yes, I have some awesome things that have happened or will be happening, but I must admit, the pits are really starting to get to me. Hopefully I can cross a couple of the list, and that way next month I hope to have more peaches in my list.

What are your peaches/pits for the month, week, day? Let us know in the comments below!

Cheers!

xoxo Lindsay

I feel you on the math. That was the worst subject in college. I think I went broke paying for tutors. Yay words, boo numbers. But hooray for apple picking and having someone who was able to help you cover your overdraft!
