Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Today I’m spending some time working on the blog and bringing you some NEW fresh content! It’s going to be awhile before my family comes over–so it’s the perfect time to write!  The fall leaves are being forgotten as the festive season has arrived; you’ll be busy thinking about all those parties and get-together that you’ll be enjoying over the holidays ahead. Celebrations are always a great excuse to get out and start shopping; both for yourself, and for gifts for those you love. The holidays can also mean that your wardrobe gets some sparkly and warm additions so that you have enough outfits to see you…

  • 4 ways to shop for kids this holiday season

Let’s back up for a second…when did I become someone that writes about “kid-friendly” things? I’d say for the past 7 months… And no I didn’t have any babies! 🙂 However, my wonderful boyfriend does have two children whom I spend a great deal of time with and it’s actually been friggen’ awesome!! I now get to do all the fun kid stuff and actually have kids with me! Which brings me to this post. I can’t believe that today I was actually looking at a Black Friday flyer and deciding whether or not it is worth getting up and heading to Target on Black Friday. I am not a…

  • December Blog Challenge day 5: Clothing or Accessories?

So as you know I’m always about a day late with this challenge. I hate falling “off the wagon” on the weekends, especially when I do so good during the week. Oh well…. Today’s topic,  (I’m still not sure if I’m happy with my answer), choosing just 1…

  • The 12 Days of Pink: Epiphanie by Mallie Wilson

Epiphanie was started four years ago by professional photographer Maile (pronounced Mylie) Wilson. At the time, there were no cute camera bags for women. She hated lugging around a separate, bulky man-bag. So she’d end up leaving her camera at home or shoving it into her purse wrapped up in whatever was nearby; a towel, sock, sweatshirt. So because we had such a great women routing for us, she has turned out bags that stylish, girly, and functional. Today we bring you the Lola. This bag is perfect for traveling with a camera and still managing to look adorable. We hope you buy one for that photographer on your Christmas…
