    It’s been two months since I started The No More Excuses Diet.   • Staying fit in February

    For the past month or so I have decided that its high time to kick it into overdrive with being “fit”. Not only do I have a wedding in August that I am in, but It’s just better in the long haul to be healthier overall. So that being said, what have I done to get and stay motivated?
