    It’s been a month since I started The No More Excuses Diet and it’s safe to say I haven’t really been sticking to it that well. I am saddened to write this but it is the truth. My eating has been so-so and my workouts haven’t really been that great either.   • I have a smaller belly button!

    I can’t belive it’s already been 30 days. 30 days of planking as part of a group on Facebook my friend Erica decided to start.  When first starting this challege and seeing that my final end time should be a 5 minute plank, I was skeptical and not really sure I would finish strong and with the rest of the group.
